These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eBikeIQ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App").
eBikeIQ is owned and operated by Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC ("DBS," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
eBikeIQ is a decision-support application designed to help e-bike riders evaluate whether a planned route is likely to be completed with available battery capacity.

All outputs are based on user-provided information, generalized models, and assumptions that may not reflect real-world conditions.
The App does not provide mechanical, safety, fitness, medical, or professional advice.
Any information provided by eBikeIQ is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for personal judgment, experience, or professional guidance.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

As a condition of using the free version of eBikeIQ, you agree that anonymized post-ride validation data may be securely transmitted to Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC for the purpose of improving prediction accuracy.

You acknowledge and agree that your email address may be shared with trusted third parties for limited purposes, including:
Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC does not sell bulk email lists and does not permit third parties to use your email for unlawful or unrelated purposes.
You may opt out of promotional or partner communications at any time via:

You acknowledge that riding an e-bike involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with your use of the App and riding activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
This obligation survives termination of your use of the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of: Accuracy, Merchantability, Fitness for a Particular Purpose, Non-Infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
eBikeIQ is not intended for emergency planning, rescue coordination, or safety-critical decisions.
Do not rely on the App where battery failure could result in serious harm without alternative options.
Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease.
We may modify the App or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Disruptive Business Solutions, LLC regarding use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
